Ashley is a Clinical Psychologist known for her warm, compassionate, and approachable style. She is dedicated to building strong therapeutic relationships where clients feel truly heard, supported, and safe to explore their challenges. With a natural ability to bring humour to sessions when appropriate, Ashley creates a balanced and engaging therapeutic space that fosters trust and connection.
Ashley has special interest in working with anxiety, adult ADHD (assessment and treatment), and perinatal mental health. She is passionate about helping clients navigate challenges, whilst empowering them to embrace their inherent strengths and realise their potential.
Ashley works collaboratively with clients, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Schema Therapy, to achieve symptom relief, deepen self-awareness, and support long-lasting change. She is passionate about combining deep exploration of past experiences with practical, evidence-based strategies for meaningful growth.
Ashley is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. She has completed advanced training in perinatal and infant mental health with the Centre for Perinatal Psychology and the Centre of Perinatal Excellence.
