Adult ADHD
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition involving two key areas of difficulty: inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity. In adults, this often shows up as challenges with focus, organisation, time management, emotional regulation, and impulsivity. It can feel like you’re constantly playing catch-up — missing deadlines, forgetting details, or struggling to follow through on tasks, even when you're motivated to succeed.
These experiences can be frustrating and exhausting, often leading to low self-esteem, chronic stress, or a sense of falling short. But ADHD is highly manageable. With the right support, strategies, and insight, it’s possible to build on your strengths, reduce the impact of symptoms, and thrive both personally and professionally.
