Ashley is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about building a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients, working collaboratively to overcome difficulties and improve wellbeing. She brings a warm and engaging style to therapy, creating a safe space for clients to effectively explore their challenges and find meaningful personal growth.


Ashley uses an evidence-based practice, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic and Schema work, with the aim of achieving symptom relief, self-understanding and positive long-term change. She also believes in using a strengths-based approach to empower clients to realise their potential and lead fulfilling lives.​

Ashley is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and a Fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.
